GOING INWARD, A WELLNESS RETREAT AT BRINDOS
From 27 to 29 November 2026, Brindos, Lac & Château welcomes Aurélia Del Sol, founder of Face Soul Yoga, for three days designed as a true pause before winter.
Face Soul Yoga, Yin Yoga, Qi Gong, fitness coaching, a Spa treatment, a cooking workshop and free time by the lake come together in a progression built around movement, release and recovery.
Limited to 10 participants, the experience is an invitation to slow down, make space and reconnect with your own rhythm.
