The Sparkle of the Holiday Season

The holidays are fast approaching! This year, Brindos, Lac & Château is lighting up your end of year with an exceptional programme of events, featuring fine food, music and conviviality.

Candlelight Evening – Friday 19 December, 7pm

Basque singer Julie Rouault will be giving an intimate concert in the Château bar, lit by dozens of candles. A unique sensory experience to get the festive season off to a gentle start.

Christmas Eve – Wednesday 24 December, 8pm

Festive menu at the restaurant: foie gras and Soustons peanuts, scallop carpaccio, stuffed capon, Yule log... All accompanied by music from the band Les Pères Nobel.

€160 per person – children aged 6-12: €60, under 6: €30

Christmas Brunch – 25 December

From midday, a gourmet and refined buffet with seafood, foie gras, hot dishes, salads and desserts, accompanied by a glass of champagne.

New Year's Eve – 31 December

Celebrate 2026 with a five-course menu, live music and graceful dancers. Festive closing with DJ set at the Château bar until the end of the night.

First Light Brunch – 1 January

Start the year gently with a sweet and savoury buffet accompanied by two glasses of champagne, for a convivial and refined moment by the lake.
